If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the goods here is how to do it:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

However, if you change your mind, the return request must be completed directly online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in accordance with the conditions below: The right of withdrawal may apply to the purchased product in its entirety. For the return to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc...). Shipping costs (and customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods are the sole responsibility of the customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse is under the full responsibility of the customer.

RETURN REQUEST

To request a return, you can follow these steps: Send an e-mail to shop@guglielmorotta.it indicating the order number and the merchandise you want to replace/return. Print the return authorization email and place it in the package along with the items to be returned. Send the package by courier to the address Rotta Srl - Via dell'industria 34 37066 Sommacampagna (VR). Please remember that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, our Customer Care does not provide a return label. Please keep the shipping receipt of your package. As soon as we receive the merchandise, a refund of equal amount to what was purchased (excluding shipping costs) will be made to place the order again with the correct size, or for a future purchase on the site.

REFUND

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will make the appropriate checks. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the disposition of the refund. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the return at our warehouse, through the procedure of reversal of the amount charged. Guglielmo Rotta may suspend the refund until we receive the returned product. Please note that the return will not be accepted if: the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact; the product is missing its outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging; the product is missing elements integral to the same and / or accessories (eg. Closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

In addition to the right of withdrawal, by law you are entitled to a proper product, or what is defined in legal terms as "a product that conforms to what was agreed upon." Guglielmo Rotta is committed to providing high quality products and services. If, for some reason, you have a complaint about a product purchased online (in case of defects and/or nonconformity), please contact our Customer Care. Please provide all necessary information, including, preferably, the order number in question and labeled photos of the product you received. Please wait for a response from our Customer Care before proceeding to send the goods; you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment of the product. In the event of a defective or nonconforming product, Guglielmo Rotta will, at its own expense, arrange to pick up the product.
